Food with a View - Catering Opportunity
The extension to the aquarium is progressing well and it's exciting to see the new cafe/restaurant space really coming to life. We're now looking to work in partnership with an enterprising hospitality business to deliver our vision for this unique space.
The new cafe/restaurant is being created on the first floor, with impressive views out to sea and into the kelp reef display, it will be an amazing spot to enjoy coffee and delicious food.
The space will offer 65 covers across a range of different seating options - tables and chairs, soft seating, and coffee bar - a fitted servery and a fully-fitted commercial kitchen.
We hope to attract a distinctive offer in the local marketplace, with accessible menus and pricing, options for children and building local recognition for great food and drink.
The opportunity to operate the aquarium cafe/restaurant is now being procured through the Public Contract Scotland portal with interest sought by 13th February.
